Abstract Gel Printmaking w/ Studio Art Club

Let’s get creative with printmaking at the Crossroads Hotel with Studio Art Club!

We’ll roll translucent layers of paint directly onto the soft gelatin surface of printmaking plates to create luscious, colorful layers using playful cutouts. You can choose any of my abstract shapes, and cut some of your own! I can’t wait to show you the easiest way to set up your printing press and the techniques involved with this experimental process. Let your mind take a creative recess. This class will be guided but the artistic choices are yours! All creations you make can be taken home at the end of the evening.

All skill levels welcome—no experience required.

All supplies will be provided for use during this workshop.
