Candlelight Pilates with TheFIRM

Join your fellow partners for a 45-minute pilates class illuminated entirely in candlelight.

Event Docket:

5:45 pm – 6:00 pm: Doors open at Crossroads Hotel (2101 Central St, Kansas City, MO 64108). Head to the ballroom for class.

6:00 pm – 6:45 pm: TheFIRM signature sculpt class led by Gigi Ferrante. Flow through a Pilates-inspired sculpt session illuminated by candlelight. We’ll end class with a yoga-inspired cooldown and eucalyptus cold towel.

6:45 pm – until the networkout ends: Post-class social hour (no trust falls or name tags needed). We’ll turn the lights (slightly) back up to give you a chance to bond over how sore your quads are (sorry in advance).

What to wear + bring: Your favorite workout set (all-black attire encouraged but not mandatory). Don’t forget your mat! (We’ll have a few extras just in case).

What you’ll leave with: sore quads, new friends, and maybe a new evening ritual.
