This spot is named for the famed horses of the once Pabst brewery, a breed known for its intelligence and liveliness.
During rooftop season, Percheron welcomes all ages from 4–8 PM; after 8 PM, it’s 21+.
The Waitlist for Standing City View/Bar Area and Seating is always Open during business Hours. Limited online reservations for groups of 2-5. Parties of 6+ or more are encouraged to book online in advance. To avoid no-show fees, cancel via OpenTable or call us at least 12 hours in advance. Seating requests are welcome but not guaranteed.
