Kanbe’s Ugly Dinner Series: Lazia

Lazia in the Crossroads Hotel values two things above all: Collaboration and, of course, food. We are proud to work alongside Kanbe’s Markets to reinforce that food waste is an ugly, but fixable problem. Every year, millions of pounds of produce gets sent to landfills simply because of cosmetic flaws or surplus product. 

On April 30th at 6pm, Lazia will transform “ugly” (we prefer the term “rescued”) produce saved by our friends at Kanbe’s into a delicious, 4-course Italian meal with hand-crafted beverages perfectly paired to each dish. Come for this special one-night only menu that tells a new story, and stay for the Lazia experience you know and love.
