About the band:Recently returning from a two-decade hiatus, Frogpond will perform a special fall evening of music at the Percheron Rooftop Bar in Kansas City. The band’s latest LP, TimeThief, brims with momentous pop anthems, striking dynamics and riff-heavy stomps that draw upon the band’s visceral grunge and power-pop aesthetics. Expect tunes from that album, cuts from their ’90s major-label efforts – Count To Ten and Safe Ride Home – and a few other special surprises.
Percheron Summer Concert Series features a wide variety of music from established and emerging artists. We are excited to bring you a spectacular line-up that has something for everyone! Tickets for all shows are available through Tock.
