Candlelight Sculpt With: TheFirm

We’re turning the lights down and the vibes up for TheFIRM’s newest networkout event at Crossroads Hotel.
You didn’t think with the rooftop closing we’d be cancelling our Sunday meetings, did you?
Join your fellow partners on Sunday, October 26th, at 5:30 pm for a 45-minute candlelight sculpt designed to set you up for the next morning. It’s a night of movement, ritual and rest for a morning that starts off strong.
Event Docket:
5:10 pm – 5:30 pm: Doors open at Crossroads Hotel (2101 Central St, Kansas City, MO 64108). Head to the ballroom for class.
5:30 pm – 6:15 pm: TheFIRM signature pilates sculpt class led by Gigi Ferrante. Flow through a yoga and Pilates-inspired sculpt session illuminated by candlelight. We’ll end class with a yoga-inspired cooldown and eucalyptus cold towel.
Post-class social hour – no trust falls or name tags needed. We’ll turn the lights (slightly) back up to give you a chance to bond over how sore your quads are (sorry in advance).
What to wear + bring: Your favorite workout set (all-black attire encouraged but not mandatory). Don’t forget your mat! (We’ll have a few extras just in case).
What you’ll leave with: sore quads, new friends, and maybe a new Sunday night ritual.
