General

  • Crossroads Hotel is located in the Arts District at 2101 Central Street Kansas City MO 64108

  • Of course!  We offer three different choices for dining options within the hotel.  To view our various outlet hours, menus, or to book a reservation, please click here.

  • Crossroads Hotel is smoke free property, with no smoking allowed in the rooms or in public areas, including the Rooftop.

Check In/Out

  • Guests are invited to check-in at 3 p.m. Check-out is at noon.

  • An early check-in may be available depending on occupancy, but we will not know until the day of arrival what may or may not be possible; feel free to call us around mid-day to see our availability to accommodate this request. Early check-ins are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis and are never guaranteed.

  • Absolutely. Bring your items to the Front Desk and we’ll store them for no charge, before check-in or after check-out.

Reservations

  • Most often, yes although some rates may not be able to be adjusted. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire if a change is allowed. We’d be happy to discuss options with you; give us a call at (816)897-8100 or contact us via email at [email protected].

  • For most reservations, if you cancel by 3 pm local time at least 48 hours prior to arrival, you can avoid a penalty charge of the first night’s room and taxes. If booked under an advance deposit rate, the reservation can be cancelled but the prepaid deposit will be forfeited regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Guest Services

  • While the hotel does not provide airport transportation services, convenient rideshare services such as Lyft and Uber, taxi services are options for our guests to arrive or depart safely.

  • The hotel provides valet-only service to all guests available 24/7.

  • While the hotel does not provide an “official” concierge service, our Guest Services Ambassadors take great pride in knowing the Crossroads neighborhood and the city itself. Amenities

  • Our Fitness Center is located on the 2nd floor for all hotel guests, and is available 24/7.

  • Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

  • All guests are welcome to request robes by contacting the Front Desk at extension ‘0’ from their guest room phone or contacting our Guest Services Team prior to arrival.

  • Yes, all guest rooms come equipped with a hair dryer.

  • Most of our rooms are equipped with irons and ironing boards, but if you cannot locate the one in your room, call the Front Desk and one will be brought to you. A limited number of steamers are also available for guest use; please call the Front Desk to request.

  • Cribs are available free of charge, and also Pack-N-Plays. Simply note the need on your reservation and the crib or Pack-N-Play will be waiting in your room when you check in.

  • A limited number of rollaways are available on a first come, first serve base, but please be aware that they cannot be placed in Two Queen rooms.

  • Each guest room has a mini fridge stocked with private bar items available at cost for your convenience. Guests are welcome to remove any item to make space for their own belongings, or request the mini fridge be emptied prior to arrival by notating your reservation upon booking.

  • We do not offer laundry and dry cleaning services. Please contact the Front Desk for advice and assistance with dry cleaning and laundry needs.

Pets

  • Yes! We love pets at Crossroads Hotel. Dogs and cats are always welcome, and we’re ready to roll out the red carpet for your furry travel companions. Bringing a more unique pet along? Give us a call ahead of time so we can make sure we’re ready to properly welcome your special guest.

  • Yes. A fee of $50 per stay will be applied to your guest reservation regardless of the size, type or breed of the pet.

Events

  • Absolutely! Crossroads Hotel offers a wide variety of event spaces; from intimate boardrooms, our ballroom, and event private spaces in our various outlets.  Learn more about what we can offer here.

  • Contracts for all our public spaces go through our Sales department; they also would have information about availability and pricing.  You can contact them here.

  • Groups of ten guest rooms or more are available through our Sales department; pricing and discounts would vary on number of rooms/nights and what other hotel services would be included.  To learn about availability and pricing of group blocks, please contact us.

  • Yes. Gift cards can be purchased on-site for Crossroads Hotel, including all 3 of our on-site restaurants and bars. Alternatively, physical or electronic gift cards can be purchased at Aparium.com

  • Photo shoots are permitted on a case by case basis and must be approved and scheduled by Crossroads Management.  A fee for use of our facility may be required if you are not a registered hotel guest.  If you are a hotel guest, you must still schedule your photo shoot with our staff to ensure that our other hotel guests are not impacted and their privacy is protected.  All photographers are required to sign a release prior to the shoot.
