GUARANTEE POLICY

A valid credit card is required to confirm a reservation.

The hotel will assess and retain a mandatory Credit Card Recovery Fee of 2.75% on all charges you settle via credit card. This surcharge is not included in the rates and is assessed to cover the cost of our acceptance of payment by credit card. This Recovery Fee applies to all credit card payments, including those for cancellation charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel by 3:00 PM local hotel time at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night(s) cancel penalty charge
Pets are welcome at the hotel. A $50.00 fee is required at check-in to allow us to thoroughly clean and sanitize the room after your departure. No more than two pets are allowed per guest room.
